Living in a rental doesn't mean you need to settle for second best. This beautiful property was available for rent in an amazing location, and for a great price as it was in desperate need of a spruce up.

So with a short discussion with the owner we settled to undertake a cosmetic reno, at the owners expense - and in return we have a gorgeous place to live with an extended rental contract.

Now, we have a beautiful place to live that all our friends love to come visit and enjoy this amazing location.
